Microfiction Monday

Another attempt at Microfiction Monday over at stony river. We are invited to write a story based on a select picture in 140 characters or less (including punctuation and spacing).

Mother! I’m trying to concentrate. I know, I know. She wouldn't work for me. You don't like any of them. Norman! I'll get the knife.

Well, I managed to give myself the creeps. Psycho will always give me the chills.

Enjoy your Monday!

Lost in a daze, his head was as empty as the skeleton's behind him. But where the skeleton lacked a heart, his own was broken. Badly.

I thought of Norman Bates too as soon as I saw the picture. Great minds:)

Very creepy but very good. Thanks, Kelly. Also, love the Cassatt portrait. She is one of my favorites....her mom's and babe's...perfection.

Oh dear...lost it again.

Just wanted to say before I get to your MFM, I love your blog. The title, the expanse of blue on blue, the captions for the lovely paintings. Esp More Than You Can See for Queen V.

And now to the MFM - scary! I never could take Psycho...

Nice writing, Mom. I'm running late but it's raining tonight in Quebec City so I decided to stay in and visit some of my fellow µfiction Monday buds.
