Okay, Mick and I have been spending too much time together. Remember how I told you that the Rolling Stones have become my job hunting Muse? Well, apparently, I am adopting some of Jagger's swagger in my facial expressions, tone and actions. My sons were laughing as they saw me stirring the pot while grooving to "Under My Thumb." See what rocking around with Mick can do to a mama! Jillian used to tell everyone that her mama was like Cinderella. Imagine if she starts telling them that I'm like "that freaky, skinny guy (her words)." I'll take the "skinny" reference. He may not be pretty like Cinderella, but he sure knows how to work that stage.

You crack me up! By best friend has always loved Mick! She saw him on Larry King the other night and has once again fallen under his spell. He just does nothing for me...I know, I'm such a minority! :)
It's amazing how his moves have pretty much stayed the same through the years. He's always gotten those stage moves down to an artform.
Rock it girl! :O)
I've seen them in concert three times and one of hubby's best friends has seen them over 50 times in the last 40 years or so..ha!
We're huge fans. Keep rockin' sista!
The Stones! The group I love to hate! :) Every time I see them on TV, I can't help but watch. Mick can capture an audience like no one else. But after I watch it, I think, "Those guys are pathetic. 60 years old, still doing the same schtick." Yet, while watching, I'm thinking, "Wow--60 years old and Mick is still magnetic." And then the show is over and I'm back to thinking... maybe I'm the pathetic one! :)
Whatever works, huh? Something will present itself. Hang tight.
You Rock it, I really enjoyed your blog, it made my day. Have fun
Take care.

jaggercized...lol
Jagger can get anyone rockin'! :-) I think it's better you act/look like him than David Bowie in his early years -- hahahah! Orange hair and cross dressing would not be becoming of you Kelly! :)
Ha ha, Jaggercize, I love it! Now that's a muse I could wrap my brain around too!
And work everything else! LOL!
There are certainly worse things you could be... like slugicized? At least Jagger gets you going; helps the day go by and provides inspiration. I wish I could say the same about the Stones, but I am in that minority that just doesn't get them or the allure of Mick. =)
However, who wants to be Cinderella when you can be a rockstar! Much more glamorous. I mean even though Cinderella got the prince; can you imagine all the stuffy state dinners she had to sit through after? Now, Mick, he would just crash the dinners and maybe a chair or two.. LOL
Could be worse - she could start comparing you to that odd skinny *old* guy. {*grin*}
Now if you start prancing around in ubertight leggings and scarves, we know you've gone round the Mick end!
I think it's great that your kids see you dancing while your cooking, I'm sure it's one of the memories that they will always remember fondly.
You are loads of fun! I had no idea you were rocking out like this. Nice nickname too :)
Oh Kelly...how funny is that? He is a weird skinny guy for sure, but he still looks really great! I saw an interview Matt Lauer did with him on the Today show the other morning. Great song!
There was an article about how the Rolling Stones keep rocking that I think you might like. http://www.undercovermother.net/2010/05/life-lessons-prepared.html
He does move fabulously!
I think freaky, skinny guy pretty much sums him up!
