I was trying to find a beauty of a Beatles song to share today, but I decided to go with one that is a call for help while I watch my kids "go wild" as I type this post. Listening to this song, I think it really speaks to all us tired Mamas and Papas (wow, another 60's group reference :) who are just trying to get it right each day.
John Lennon: "You're all geniuses, and you're all beautiful. You don't need anyone to tell you who you are. You are what you are. Get out there and get peace, think peace, and live peace and breathe peace, and you'll get it as soon as you like."
Paul McCartney: "Nothing pleases me more than to go into a room and come out with a piece of music."
George Harrison: "I think people who truly can live a life in music are telling the world, 'You can have my love, you can have my smiles. Forget the bad parts, you don't need them. Just take the music, the goodness, because it's the very best, and it's the part I give most willingly.'"
Ringo Starr: "America: It's like Britain, only with buttons."
I thought Ringo's quote was a clever one :)
