Uh oh! Mom is getting all worked up again...

I clearly am fascinated with pregnancy.  Once I hear that someone is pregnant, I get giddy in a way to find out all the details.  Yesterday, my neighbor's daughter came by with her new son.  I must have been gushing like anything because my oldest son thought that I made a spectacle of myself.  You know how a teenager just loves it when his mom goes on and on about something!

I loved being pregnant.  All those spontaneous emotions and surprising baby movements.  Well, my boys love to remind me that I'm just so, so old when I get nostalgic for those days.

When I get excited about someone's good news about expecting a little one, I know that I'm celebrating life.  It makes my heart soar.  Gratefully, it doesn't bring back that sneaky morning sickness.  lol

You know that I'm late getting dressed for the school bus.  I just love these quick morning chats with all of you.  See you soon!

You know what I say- Grandma in training! I can't wait... seriously, I don't even have a teenager yet and hope they hold off for many years to come, but still that will be a happy day for me- if and when :)

We are all entitled to our gushing. And babies are a perfect excuse.

I love to see other people's babies but sadly there are none in my family to drool over. My son had children but a bitter divorce removed them when they were just babies. They were taken abroad, never to be seen again. Neither of my two stepchildren even wanted babies and that really hurts their father. We never know how fate will deal with things.

I do miss the days of new babies and baby powder and sweet clothes. But not enough to start over! Hope you have a great weekend!

:) I am the same way! I Loooove being pregnant! Bring on the maternity pants- haha! I am so happy to be pregnant this time around-I think it gets easier/more enjoyable each time because it is less scary/shocking, no?
And I gush about ALL babies- even strangers in grocery stores! :)

I loved pregnancy too--so many magical feelings, emotionally and physically. I'm thinking maybe you're getting a little baby hungry? Maybe someone is trying to tell you something? hee hee!

Lately I'm feeling a little blue that my baby is not going to be a baby for much longer. It's funny how quickly we forget the sleeplessness, the nausea. I have no doubt my sons will think the same of me in their teenage years.
