off the cuff - a poem from somewhere

two people sharing the usual space
energy pushing through a screen
circle talk finds no eureka
one person sees the swallowing of dreams
time will not wait for awakening
a spouse will help the other through

This poem sounds personal and is very touching. I know you guys will pull through. I was thinking about meetup.com. They have various different groups. Maybe you can check it out.

Heavy lines...hang in there. A breakthrough will come from "somewhere."

The arrangement of two lives interweaving. How amazing is the growth of love and learning to abide is peace.

Thank you for sharing something so personal! Great job!

My favorite line: "Circle talk finds no eureka." Stunning encapsulation of a common human experience. Your poems are magic, Kelly.

Hmmm, personal? Like you're helping hubby through? I love it, Kel.

I must show you one I am writing when I'm ready. I have found that writing poetry, even crappy poetry, helps creativity. Or have I told you this before? Anyway, Happy Father's Day to your hubby.

I've been thinking so much about you Kel. It's a hard job to always be the one keeping things going, motivating the household. Hugs to you. I wish I could organize a helper and kidnap you for a day to enjoy some fun. Sending you big hugs and clear positive thoughts!

You know how they say the eyes are the window to the soul. Well, I think poetry could be added as another window into the soul. I can see deep meaning in this one.
