- Find those cleats Kel. The two oldest boys have to hit the fields for soccer practice. Not thrilled about all that muddy soccer equipment invading my living space again.
- Jillian is going to her kindergarten assessment in a few weeks. She's a whiz at her "getting ready" workbooks. No complaints from my little student. You should have heard her brothers at that age.
- My 8 year old is practicing for his First Communion on April 30th. The biggest challenge is remembering to process slowly and not get distracted by the other kids.
- I'm practicing my best "I have a job hunt plan honey" face when my husband and I have our daily job summits. If I look optimistic, I hope that some of it will rub off on him.
- I should be practicing my yoga moves before I submit to that hot (104 degrees) yoga class. I'm no elastic woman these days. More like achy breaky Kelly.
- I'm trying to get my 5th grader to put in some solid math practice time before the state tests in 2 weeks. I think he's more interested in sharpening his pencil than using it to do some computations. (fancy math word for me, huh?)

Oh my! What a busy family! Busy but seems like so much fun! Good luck on all your different activities.
I am achy-breaky me these days, too, both physically and emotionally, but trying to get over it!
How well I remember when my family was like that, my youngest son was the soccer player and when at school was in a local team so that meant mother having to wash the kit every so often, Daughter was into disco dancing and belonged to a group tried sewing sequins on costumes? The eldest was the more serious, Now all have left , have kids of their own but at times I yearn for those crazy days.
Yvonne.
Are you going to start Bikram yoga??? OMG...it's saved my life. Seriously...just go for it! I practice 6 days a week...it's life changing!
Man, that's a lot going on! I was thinking P is for Patience, too, which I would definitely need if in your shoes. That yoga sounds brutal.
Great word and so true; we just have to keep at it! Good luck with the hot pretzel moves...I was doing yoga a bit ago. I'm rusty~lol
Good luck with all of this! One step at a time, right?
Isn't there always something we should be practicing. Oh, golly, Little Miss Jillian going to school. Where is the time going?
A mother's work is never done. I'm still praying for the job outlook for the both of you. Jared and Aiden went through their kindergarten assesment last month. I can't believe how quickly the time has gone by. Glad to hear Jillian is looking forward to school. :)
You have so much going on at once. I'm impressed you are able to do daily posts on a blog. I hope your kids remain stress free during exam week and your husband finds an amazing job. What area is your husband looking in again? Just curious. Maybe I can pass something on if I see something. God bless and take care :)
Ahhh what a joy a mud room (literally in this case) would be sometimes, no? :)
And the math practice? Have him go play on Math Blasters. Did you enter the giveaway I had for that one? Great site and lots of fun math games at all different levels. I'm sure he'll do fine though!
Ah, well, practice makes perfect...
I would positively pass out if I had to take that yoga class. You got me in the mood for practicing something!
Still with the Ps, I think Practical Persistence should be your motto. You're so good at it.
You handle the family schedules so gracefully. I need to practice before the practice!
You amaze me with the balancing act you pull off. And how great will it be when Jillian is in kindergarten!!!!!!
We are practiced out this week. It is spring break and we have had two theater practices, two soccer practices and 1 tball practice. We also have 2 soccer games. Sheesh no rest for the weary. Spring break...do you see a break in there anywhere? LOL I hope the practice pays off for the soccer players...we shall see.
That's a lot of stuff on your plate! I know what you mean about the difference between girls and boys. We went to Deaglan's orientation for junior kindergarten this week and when the teacher asked the kids to sit on the mat to listen to a story the girls were all rapt with attention. But the boys including mine? Laying on the mat, summersaults, hugging my neck. Ay,ay,ay...I had no idea what I was getting into.
Wow, so many wonderful things going on for you. Blessings in all of them... Keep at it with your yoga, it will get better and better. :)
