What can I write in 2 minutes before Jillian calls me to help with the puzzle?

Jillian has dismissed her brother and summons me to help with the puzzle.  So since the post is waiting to be written....

Let's go random:
  • I ate a massive salad yesterday.  A rabbit would've been thrilled with that lunch. I washed it down with a good helping of chocolate, just to add some flair!
  • Every year, I tell myself to avoid the Nerf gun section.  I'm  usually good about it.  Well, this year, there was a super sale on them.  I know that I'll regret this decision.  I can hear my husband telling me that I have to run by those sale aisles next time.
  • I haven't had a new pair of glasses in 3 years. I'm excited to try on a ton of pairs tomorrow.  Of course, I always second guess my final decision.  The saleswoman always acts like the pair on my face is just so "fabulous."  And then when I get home, I have to adjust to my new look.
  • I'm looking for a piece of paper that my husband wants me desperately to find. Of course, it seems to have disappeared in some kind of paper Bermuda Triangle.

Uh oh! Here comes the little one with her hands on her hips. Mommy can't hide from puzzle time anymore.

Before 2011 says adieu, I'll visit you all :)

P.S. What was your favorite song of the year?  What was your favorite movie?

Can I steal Jillian? I would love to have a puzzle partner...I love puzzles!

My favorite movie was The Help, my favorite song, I have no idea if this is new this year but it was new to me so I hope that counts ;) The clean version of Perfect by Pink. A song all young girls need to hear.

Good luck with the glasses. I just want a pair that will stay on my head when I bend over. I'm forever having mine fall off my face onto the floor.

We were at a party last July 4th when the adult host brought out his Nerf gun collection (massive) and distributed them among the youth to play with. It was tremendous fun. I say keep going with the Nerfs. :)

And don't you just hate that about missing papers? I will see something on my desk for days in a row, but it conveniently hides on the very day that I need it. Grrr.

Favorite song: Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5 (try standing still--I dare ya) and my favorite movie was Deathly Hallows part 2, or as our family lovingly calls it, "HP7.2"

Oh, and you ARE going to tell us your favorites, right? :)

Randi, I love Moves Like Jagger too!! I'm a fan of the Sherlock Holmes movies with Robert Downey. But I also loved all the historical fiction movies I watched on Netflix this year.

My favourite movies were both oldies, The Notebook and Bridges of Madison County. Favourite song 'Wherever You Are' by Military Wives choir.

Whilst wishing you and your family a happy and peaceful New Year I want to thank you again for your support and encouragement, without it I reckon I would stop writing. God bless.

I really enjoy reading your posts but have been too tied up to digest some of your recent ones. I'll need to come back and have a good read.

Wishing you a Happy New Year Septembermom. Recently I saw The Artist which is a very nice homage to the silent era. I don't think I have a favorite song though. Lol (I'm pretty old school).

Happy New Year Kelly! Your 3 year old glasses is a lot newer than my glasses that are over 10 years old- I wear contacts so I'm in no hurry to buy new ones.

Oooh - I sense a brilliant young lady. If she's into puzzles she is a bright one.

Good luck on finding that paper.

Atlas Shrugged was my favorite movie of the year. Alas, songs, I did not listen to any music on the radio except Raffi and Certification Exam review questions - neither of which I'd recommend for fun.

I believe chocolate balances salad out. I can't remember any movies I saw this year, I must have seen some though. Does Monsters Inc count? But I did fall in love with Lady Antebellum, especially Need you now. Happy new year Kel!!
