F is for Flamingo

Okay, I'm standing very straight balancing with one leg as I type this post. Sure, that's believable. But doesn't it make an interesting visual for a moment?

My poor Jillian is battling a stomach virus this morning. We had a long night together running back and forth to the bathroom. She is having a tough time relaxing right now.

Since Jillian and I love flamingos, I want to post a photograph of this lovely ballerina kind of bird (Jillian's description) to put a smile on her face.

She looks so little and vulnerable on that couch. I think we'll cuddle for the rest of the day. Spongebob is on next I think. We'll have some good giggle time. Hopefully, we can do our flamingo dance tomorrow.

Hoping from Texas that your baby feels better soon.

Love flamingos also--never thought of them as ballerinas. Sweet.

Hope your little princess is feeling better.

The flamingo, "...a ballerina kind of bird", sounds right to me.

Best wishes to all!

It's the worst when your kids are sick. I always feel so helpless, and just want to wish it all away immediately. Hoping for a speedy recovery for your sweet girl, and some rest for mom, too. :)

It's hard to have stomach problems. My kids have been suffering to. But what a nice mom you are to watch Sponge Bob with her.

Oh poor sweetie. I really hope she feels better soon. Lots of fluids or popcicles - anything she can keep down. And of course, lots of hugs.

Take care and hope tomorrow isn't G for GI bug for you.

I know how awful that bug is, I hope she gets mending soon. Hugs and kisses to Jillian! Love her imagination - I never looked at a flamingo like that but will now.

Hugs Kelly - hope the other kids don't catch it.

Jillian is just as poetic as you. And giggle time is awesome. I hope neither of you were drinking when you giggled. The nose squirt thing, yanno? <3
