So I started with 4 questions

The always entertaining and insightful Jenners over at Life...with Books tagged me to play this four questions meme. Since my little girl is busy organizing her toy catalog collection (the pile is huge and she wants everything in it that's pink), I'll take this chance to share my answers to the following questions. She thinks that I'm typing an email to a teacher at Joe's school. Then she'll let me play for awhile on the laptop. Lately, if she catches me on the blog, she'll say, "Mommy, don't blog again!!!" Now blogging and chocolate are two of my secret indulgences, Okay, I better get started before the cute warden shows up!

What would you do on a perfect day? (No monetary restrictions … just imagine away.)

So this magical day begins...

Feeling energized and 25 again, I gracefully (instead of my usual stumbling and zig zaggy way of getting out of bed) stroll over to my window and melodiously say to my handsome alarm clock in my perfectly gorgeous garden, "Thank you, dear Sting for my morning serenade. You can go now and tell Chef Jamie that I will wait for my HUGE (calories mysteriously disappearing) breakfast on the patio." (Remind me to tell hubby to build a patio.)

Okay, I'm getting carried away with this fantasy making. Assuming that I have genie powers, I would then send myself off to a busy boulevard in Paris and just people watch. Museums, cafes, shopping, bike riding through the countryside - all of these activities would fill my day.

Hopefully, my husband and children would join me on this French odyssey. But I wonder if they would wish to be at a hockey game instead. I guess I could send them to Montreal to watch hockey and get some exposure to French culture. I'll keep them updated on my day in France with my new fancy, techy phone. Hmmm, if I get one of those, I probably also need someone to teach me how to use it. Jenners, did you say that this is my perfect day? If so, I will request that Mr. Hugh Jackman could be my tech instructor (you see that I'm a good girl and didn't say massage therapist).

Uh oh! My little warden is heading this way. Sorry Jenners, but I guess there will be a part 2 to this post with my other answers. I really got all caught up in that perfect day response. Who knew that I had such a need for fantasy? LOL. Keep tuned for tomorrow's questions and answers. I'll visit you all later today (when the warden is busy keeping her brothers in line :)

It's funny how even in the midst of a fantasy you think about your family first. You're a lovely person. I received your email and was thrilled. It was almost like having coffee together! Hugs!!

Great fantasy! Can't wait for the other questions. I think your blog hating warden is a hoot...

Teehee ... loved it.
If you are spending the day in Paris make sure you have some easy form of transport. We caught the train there and all the walking took it out of us a bit! You MUST go to the Musee d'Orsay - fantastic. (I'd rather go there than the Louvre!)
Look forward to the rest of your answers

I was getting caught up in your day ... I say ditch everyone in your family and spend the day in Paris with Hugh!!! : )

Tell the warden not to let you stay away too long!! (I love she thinks you're doing something legit and you are sneakily blogging.) : 0

HA! I missed this (not much blogging this week. In-laws...). My perfect day would require that my family entertain themselves for at least part of it.
