It's amazing to me that you find any time to be creative Kelly. I can barely get a post done with two. And also, I have the biography of Nadine Gordimer sitting on my desk. Someone gave it to me a few years ago and I have never opened it. I rarely read biographies. Maybe your quote is a sign that I should read it!

Great quote.

Beautiful quote. I guess inside the Eden of Creativity, we are only responsible to our muse :)

OOoh, I could use a "siesta" right about now.... The diva and I were both up early. Not exactly a way to have a relaxing Sunday. I hope you have a peaceful day Kelly!

I am intrigued with your quote... not sure I'd want to leave Eden, or the scene of the siesta for that matter :)

I often wish I could go back to childhood when I had no responsibility. Wouldn't that be lovely?!?

Would we appreciate the Garden, without the City?

Happy Sunday!

Love the siesta painting. And great quote. I guess that's why I love staying in my land of creativity for as long as I can... less responsibility there. I think it's so important to mix a bit of both into everyday life. :)

Hmmm. I don't know if I actually agree with that one. Even while being creative, there are plenty of responsibilities :)
